LANA GRASSER WINS F31 GRANT

Lana Grasser's study of biomarkers of risk and resilience to trauma in Syrian refugee children 10 to 17 years old was recently funded by the National Institute of Mental Health's F31 Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award, with a top 5% score.

Sean Minton, a longtime Research Assistant, travels back to Grady Trauma Project at Emory University to continue data collection for the Critical Periods Study.

The Detroit Trauma Project team traveled to Chicago in Spring to attend this pivotal conference, focused on improving treatment outcomes and optimizing treatment success transcending cultural, racial and socioeconomic barriers.

FROM EMORY TO DETROIT

Dr. Tanja Jovanovic and her team from the Grady Trauma Project moved from Emory University to Wayne State University to establish the Detroit Trauma Project.
