COMMUNITY RESOURCES

& HOTLINES

Immediate Community Assistance Programs

  • MI Bridges:

  • This is an online platform that streamlines the application process for many state funded assistance programs: healthcare coverage, cash assistance, food assistance programs, state of emergency relief fund, and child development care. This is also where you can submit the online mandated reporter form. It connects you with state and local resources associated with various life events (having a baby, moving or being evicted, losing a job, becoming a foster parent, etc.). They also have options to connect you with a navigator to help you use MI bridges.
